- DELIVERY & INSTALLATION?
The delivery charge within Central Metro Manila only (excluding Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Novaliches, Antipolo, Marikina) is Php 800. For small items, we can arrange Lalamove / Grab delivery to reduce the shipping cost. You may also opt to pick up your orders upon arrival.
We do not provide free installation. However, we have partner electricians who we can refer if you want the lighting to be installed.
- I LIVE IN THE PROVINCE, HOW CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?
For provincial addresses, we have our partner courier to ship the items to you and SHIPPING FEE is freight collect. You may also give us your preferred courier.

- DO YOU DO DEMOS / MOCK UP?
Yes IF the item is available. You may schedule a DEMO service with our team. Demo fee is Php 1,000.00 per item (for Metro Manila only) and is refundable upon any purchase of our item.
*Please take note that any damage incurred during the mock up will automatically be considered as sold.
- DO YOU ACCEPT PRE-ORDERS?
Yes, As a matter of fact, most items on our website are for made to order. Please send us an e-mail or viber us the item and we can quote you the price and lead time is usually 30-45 days. We only require 50% down payment for the reservation of your item.
We also offer express shipping wherein your order can arrive in as early as 5-8 working days. Additional shipping fee applies and full payment is required.
